We provide fully equipped friendly teams of up to six members and a supervisor. Our service includes one-off jobs or regular maintenance for all those usual gardening tasks. We have a loyal customer base of local residents, businesses, land owners, local groups and councils.
Just Logs and Sticks
We cut and season a variety of hard and soft wood logs, such as ash and beech, selling them in handy bags or by half and full tipper truck load. We also sell bags of kindling to get your fire going. Our wood is locally sourced from very supportive partners
The team members make a variety of handmade crafts. We use natural materials grown in our coppice woodland or collected locally to produce unique pieces ready to sell at our coffee mornings, open days and from our workshop.
At Just the Job gardens there are poly tunnels, vegetable beds and a variety of fruit trees. Produce can be purchased directly from our base or through local shops in Richmond, and some is made into preserves.
Just the Job works with local and national bodies on environmental and conservation projects. Our partners include English Heritage, Natural England, The Quarry Road Community Orchard, Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust and local land owners. We also receive support from local councils and companies.
